Hi! I am looking for an energetic, fun, reliable and trustworthy Nanny/Housekeeper to help out with my two daughters in Richmond, BC. My girls are 10 and 6 years old. I am looking for a fulltime, live- in position to be filled and I am willing to sponsor the live-in caregiver program if required. Other than having a 5:30 start time 3 days a week I am flexible with the amount of hours worked each week and when. I am more concerned that this will be a right fit for both my family and yourself. You would have your own private space with bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and private entrance. We live on 3 acres of farmland in Richmond with lots of space to play and lots of privacy as well. You will be responsible for preparing breakfast, getting ready for school, making lunches and taking care of household duties. On Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays I need to leave for work at 5:30am so it is an early start! I am a single mom so it is just the 2 girls, myself and our cat however we are surrounded by a huge extended family that all live close by and have lots of kids in the neighborhood. Duties included: Prepare breakfast Get ready for school Make lunches Tidy up and maintain cleanliness of the house during work hours Kitchen cleaning – dishes, cleaning inside and outside of fridge, cupboards, oven, stove, dishwasher, counters, floors, pantry Bathroom cleaning Family laundry Family sheets/towels and other linens Pet care – feed and clean cat litter Dust/vacuum entire house, minimum weekly frequency Sweep kitchen floor daily Mop kitchen/bathroom floors minimum weekly Take garbage/recycle out weekly.
