The companion caregiver is required for someone who is mobile but needs assistance with all household chores. Tasks include and are not limited to assistance with bathing, dressing, accompanying to and from appointments and outings, grocery lists and shopping. Household chores: cleaning washrooms, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, meal preparations, washing dishes, tidying, and laundry, folding and ironing.
