We are a loving, busy family in NDG looking for a full-time, live-out, experienced caregiver for our three girls, starting in early January 2017. We have active, outgoing twins (almost 5 years old) and a happy baby (turning one in January). We are looking for an energetic and nurturing nanny to take care of the baby during the day and then pick up the twins from preschool (on foot or by car in cold weather) by 3:30 or 4pm.  Hours are 8:00am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday, with flexible availability an asset (occasional paid evenings and weekends). Care of all three children together would be required between the hours of approximately 3:30pm and 6:00pm.  The children speak English at home, but are attending a French Immersion program. A strong working knowledge of French would be an asset.  A driver's licence is required for school pick-ups during the colder months. Our family minivan would be available for this purpose.  We are looking for a caregiver who will happily do the following:  - Create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment in which the children can thrive and develop. - Care for, feed and play with the baby. Take the baby for walks, to drop-in centres, parks, music classes and other programs so she can meet and play with other children.  - Pick up the twins from preschool between 3:30 and 4:00pm and keep them engaged with fun/creative/educational activities (library, park, reading, crafts, working on developmental skills like writing, reading, cutting, French language, etc). Developing a weekly schedule for the twins would be useful.  - Prepare nutritious meals and snacks for all children. - Light housekeeping, laundry and family meal preparation during baby's nap times.
