Job Start Date - as soon as possible Salary - $15/ hour Hours - 44 hours per week (over time periodically required) Terms of Employment - permanent, full time Child Caregiver required for girl twins - age 5 and boy – age 1 Work Setting - Employer's home. Optional accommodation is available at no charge on a live-in basis. Note: this is NOT a condition of employment. Employers may travel for work and so overtime is required on a few occasions. Specific Skills: bathe, dress, feed children, change diapers, potty train and prepare children for rest periods. Prepare and serve nutritious meals. Discipline children according to methods requested by parents and supervise and care for children. Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development. Take children to pre-registered activities, to and from school and appointments. Tend to emotional wellbeing of children and maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home. Additional Skills: Shop for food and household supplies. Wash, iron, press clothing and linens. Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties. Travel with family on trips and assist with child supervision and house keeping duties. Assume full responsible for household in absence of parents. Credentials: First Aid and CPR.
