My husband and I have three boys - 5, 2 1/2, and 1 year. We are looking for a loving, dependable, responsible, and interactive nanny to watch them in our home beginning January 2, 2017. Our eldest attends morning Kindergarten at our neighbourhood school in Terwillegar (Southwest Edmonton). One of the responsibilities would be to walk him to and from school with his younger siblings. Our boys love being outside, going for walks, playing in the backyard, doing crafts, building, having someone lead them in an activity (a craft, board game, a toy). We value a hands-on approach and expect our nanny to interact and engage with our boys in positive ways. We expect our nanny to be out going and encourage and model kindness, good manners, patience, and have a good sense of humour. It is important that our nanny be able to multi-task and reinforce our discipline/management system to keep things consistent in the home. Additional specific skills required: - tend to emotional well-being of children - maintain a safe and healthy home environment - prepare children for rest periods - supervise and care for children - prepare and serve nutritious snacks and meals - organize outings for the children - keep records of daily activities and health information regarding children We look forward to meeting a caring, dependable, responsible, and confident nanny with whom our children will develop a lasting positive relationship with.
