Hello! Looking for live out nanny or child care provider to help this family with three kids. Girl age 7 (grade 2), boy age 5 ( Kindergarten) and boy age 12 months. Mom is self employed and works five minutes from home with a flexible work schedule. Dad works shift work 12 hour shifts seven on seven off alternating between days and nights. We need someone averaging 25-30 hours a week. We are pretty flexible! Need help with child care. Pickup and drop off to schools. Some activities. Maybe some meal prep and helping Keep the house organized. . We live central Ladner so everything walking distance. Your own car could be helpful but not necessary. There is a possibility for full time work in the next 1-6 months. We had an awesome nanny for the last eight months but unfortunately she is moving back home in August. We are a pretty easy going family and flexible. We want this person to really become part of our family!
