Our family is looking for someone to look after our 4 year old son and 16 month old daughter Monday to Wed 8-5, Thursdays 7-6, and the occasional Friday if available. Live-out is preferable, but we will consider live-in as well. Our son goes to preschool 3 times per week, so we would need him to be picked up at noon on the days he attends. We would be able to provide a car for the days the children need to be dropped off or picked up anywhere. In addition, we will need light housekeeping and meal preparation. We are looking for someone who is compassionate, understanding, and patient. Although occasional television is ok for our children, we prefer a majority of the time is spent doing creative play, arts & crafts, and activities outdoors. Our children are well behaved, and we are within walking distance to a shopping plaza, park, and community centre. We also have a nice sized backyard with toys and a trampoline! Previous experience with toddlers and pre-schoolers is favourable, however, for the right person we could make an exception. Minimum training we would like is CPR and first aid.
