Hello, My husband and I are looking for a nanny to look after our 4 month old daughter. We are a friendly, young, easy-going couple and would love to welcome someone similar into our home. We require that the potential candidate have a minimum of 4 years experience working with infants. Weekday hours are what is needed however someone who is flexible to work overnights every so often and/or weekends would be great. It would be great to be able to hire someone as soon as possible so please contact us if you meet the following criteria: Tasks included are (but not limited to): - Preparing bottles and sterilizing feeding equipment - Changing diapers, bathing baby - Preparing food and feeding baby as she grows - Taking baby out for walks - Reading/singing to baby and playing games - Light housework such as laundry, kitchen tidy up, etc. With respect to education and experience we require: - high school graduate - further training in child care and development such as a formal nanny training program, early childhood classes and/or in-service training - proven child care experience with references - First Aid and CPR certification - driving license and safe driving record We are looking for someone who will be able to take this job on for a year and potentially thereafter. The nanny hired will have the above-mentioned experience minimum, be friendly, punctual, flexible, organized, have excellent judgment and of course high energy and enthusiasm, especially when interacting with the baby.
