Hi, we are looking for after school care for our four-year-old daughter when she starts kindergarten in the fall. The hours would be: - Afternoon/evening - 2:45 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. - This would involve picking her up from school at 3 p.m., bringing her home, giving her an afternoon snack and playing with and watching her until we get home for the evening. The school is in walking distance from our home so driving would not be required (barring horrible weather conditions, which we would figure out at the time). We are looking for someone who has previous child care experience (ideally a daycare, teaching, ECE certification etc. background), is CPR certified, has a current police background check, is a non-smoker, is reliable and loves kids. We live in a pet-free, smoke-free home in central Whitby. We are looking to pay between $10 and $12 a hour but are open to a discussion about salary.
