Hi there! We are expecting twins in April, and already have a spunky 2.5yo daughter who loves to be a ballerina. We are looking for a full time, live out nanny to join our family in April. We expect that initially our nanny will need to help with managing the household - doing the laundry, cooking and cleaning while mom looks after the newborn twins. But then as the twins get to be closer to 12 months old, mom will make the transition back to work at approximately 3 days/week, and we will need our nanny to do childcare those 3 days, and household management on the other days. We are excited to enter this new stage of our lives, and are looking for a fun, energetic nanny who will take the children outside or on activities everyday. As we have never had twins before, it would be great to have someone who is experienced and motivated, who can see what needs to be done and complete the tasks. We also need someone who has a drivers license. Our daughter will initially stay at her dayhome for the first few months after the twins arrive, so we will need someone who can do drop off or pick up. Being able to run errands and get groceries is also important.
