Our family needs a Nanny / Housekeeper for two kids, my son who is age 12 and, my daughter who is age 10. Duties include: ~ Preparing nutritious well balanced meals, washing the dishes, loading/unloading the dishwasher, wiping down the counter tops and appliances, and sweeping the kitchen floor. ~ Packing nutritious well balanced school lunches for the next day. ~Oversee the children's homework and chores to ensure they get done. ~ Daily house cleaning before the children are home from school. ~ Daily washing, drying, folding, and putting away the family's laundry as necessary. ~ Weekly laundering and remaking the beds. We will consider live in or live out. We have two big dogs: a 3 year old chocolate lab (120 lbs) who is very friendly and a 14 year old black lab (80 lbs) who likely won't be with us for much longer as she is very old now and sleeps most of the day. We also have three indoor cats. The children take care of the pets.
