Hi there, We are a young couple, who work very long hours and are looking forward to starting a family soon. We are looking for a reliable, detail oriented, efficient and trustworthy housekeeper who is willing to help us clean and tidy up our apartment and make our living space a welcoming place to come home to. My husband is much more tidy than I am, so I'm looking for someone to help me, be more neat and tidy, so that I don't drive him crazy. Given that we are rarely home, the housework is being neglected and I would love to feel good in my home, instead of the stress of needing to clean and organize when I'm tired from my day. We are looking for someone to be able to do the following: -Come in and tidy up during the day for a few hours (1 to 3 days a week) -Do a deep clean (1 day a week) -Fold and put away clothes (1 day a week) -Change bedding (1 day a week) -Spring cleaning (once every 2 months, or when needed depending on item) -Prepare meals (optionally only if you are comfortable cooking) Tidying up includes: putting away / doing the dishes from cooking the night before, making the bed, sorting "stuff" that I didn't finish putting away, taking down the recycling. Deep cleaning includes: cleaning the kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedroom, floors and taking out the garbage. Seasonal deep cleaning includes washing of the walls, windows, cupboards, organizing closets and whatever else needs Spring cleaning. We also have a very affectionate dog that could sometimes be home during the day. Being a dog lover is helpful. We are looking to start a family and will be looking for help with childcare in the future also. Being organized, independent, conscientious and a good communicator in terms of what was done, what needs to be done, and where things are, is an asset. Thank you so much for your help.
