Our family is looking for a fun loving, energetic and nurturing person to take care of our 3 year old son and 1 year old daughter two days per week. Schedule: possibly Tuesdays & Thursdays 9:00-3:00 (we are flexible with this schedule). Ideal start date April 18th or sooner. Our home is located in central Sherwood Park near the Broadmoor playground, Kinsmen, library and mall. Responsibilities: - Care for the physical and emotional needs of our two young children - Entertain our children with a variety of appropriate activities such as playing, reading stories, singing songs, and playing outdoors - Prepare nutritious snacks and lunch - Tidy/clean up after the children's daily activities Ideal Candidate: - Patient, kind, caring and compassionate - Active/outdoor enthusiast - Interactive and playful with the ability to be creative with daily activities to foster our childrens' development - Honest and trustworthy - Dependable and punctual Job Requirements - clean criminal record check - CPR/First Aid training (would be an asset) - Must be proficient in written and spoken English - Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
