We are a family of four. Our daughters are three and almost six (in school). They are wonderful and usually well behaved children. We are seeking someone with direct experience who is willing to commit to employment for at least 18 months. We are looking for someone who will take pride in loving and caring for the children. The position also involves some duties such as maintaining a clean home, daily laundry and dish washing, and assistance with cooking / meal preparation / packing children's lunches would be appreciated. Our home is located in Esquimalt (Victoria BC) on a bus route. A separate self-contained suite with kitchen may be available to the right caregiver to live in at no charge, although it is not a condition of employment to live in the unit. The hours are 7am to 5pm, 4 days per week, with an option to take on a partial 5th day.We have been fortunate to have had two excellent caregivers over the past 5 years and can provide references. No agents or applicants requiring sponsorship due to LMIA processing delays. Permanent Resident status / open work permit or Canadian citizenship please.
