We're a fun-loving, active family looking for a live-out nanny / mother's helper for our two kids who will be 3.5 yrs old & 16 months at the time. We'd like someone with a minimum of 3 years experience, has First Aid / CPR (or is willing to obtain), who's reliable, caring, passionate and energetic! This position will require you to take the kids to play groups, the park, the farm, do arts and crafts etc. Both of the kids are well behaved and a ton of fun! Daily duties would include feeding / preparing meals, nap time, reading, changing diapers (for the baby), and then some light housework (ie. tidying play area, keep kitchen tidy, sweep, laundry, etc). The full time position will start in September once I return to work, Monday - Friday and the hours will be from 6am - 2/2:30pm... you may finish slightly earlier a couple of days depending on my husbands schedule, but you wont need to stay past 2:30pm. If you're available now, we'd like to offer part-time work up until the full time position starts (3 days a week - 8am-2-2:30pm). This will help ease the transition for the kids, and we can all get into a good routine. We are located near Maplewood Farm in North Vancouver, which is the 1st exit off Second Narrows Bridge (Iron Workers Memorial), not far from Phibbs Exchange. It is easily accessible from Vancouver, Burnaby, the Tri-Cities and the North Shore.
