I am a single mom of twin boys, 4 years old who just had knee surgery. I am not able to put any weight on one leg for 8-12 weeks. I will be on crutches and in a wheelchair. My boys are currently away in Nova Scotia with my parents until I am somewhat mobile again. So to start I will need the help with care for myself, household duties like laundry, loading dishwasher, meals, organization, cleaning, etc. I will also need a hand sometimes going to the washroom(just making sure I don't fall or hurt myself), maybe help getting up and down stairs when I'm ready to get out of bed and even help with showering. My children will be returning from Nova Scotia sometime in the beginning of May, at which point duties will change a bit, I should be able to get around a bit easier, but will be needing drives to work, the kids will need to be driven to school/childcare during the day. Some other duties may include, a run to get groceries, run errands, prepare dinner, lunches etc. It would be ideal for a live-in situation, however live-out I am ok with too but preferably someone who lives in or very close to Chestermere. Would any of the above work for you? I am negotiable on pay, hours and weekends. However week days and evenings are a must.
