We are looking for an energetic and engaging nanny to care for our happy and contented 9-month-old son in Cobourg, Ontario. This live-out position would initially be for three days per week (about six hours per day), to start as soon as possible. The role would involve playing, feeding and changing the baby, taking him for walks in the stroller (we live near the Cobourg beach and Victoria Park), putting him to bed for his lunchtime nap, taking him for a short walk to pick up his 4-year-old sister from school, and then playing with both children for a few hours in the afternoon. We are looking for a modern-day Mary Poppins... fun, reliable, firm but nurturing. The ideal candidate would also be willing to perform light housework (folding laundry, loading the dishwasher, sweeping and tidying).
