Seeking a fabulous mother's helper into my home to lend a hand, one day a week, to help lighten my load. I work from home and have a very heavy schedule, so would love to have some help with the household tasks and occasional errands. In my home is myself, my son, 12, who is warm, joyful, intelligent, creative and home schooled, taught by a private teacher and our 3 year old sweet, short-haired cat. Duties will vary depending on what needs to be done, but typically ranges from light housework, light laundry, meal prep, and on occasion running errands locally as needed and child interaction but not child care. We love good food and eating well, so we are ideal for someone who loves to cook. We live in a big, bright rancher on acreage, with a big kitchen. The idea candidate is experienced, reliable, self-motivated, joyful, confident, a caring helper, a good listener, and takes pride in a job well done, is good with children. Must be fluent in English, writing and reading. Must have valid drivers license and own car. We are not accessible by public transit. Hours available is one day per week; which day that is, is flexible. Ideally Monday or Friday. No evenings or weekend hours.
