We’re looking for a part-time nanny and household helper to care for our one-year-old son and three-year-old daughter. Both of our kids are good-natured and affectionate, at least most of the time. :) They’re very energetic, and love walks, trips to the playground, and trips to the mall. At home they’re happy to listen to as many books as we’re willing to read them. Their previous nannies have all been quite fond of them. We have a full-time nanny already, but we’re looking for extra help because of some job changes on our end. We’re hoping to find someone who can help us for 15-20 hours a week: * 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on a weekday (preferably Friday, but open to discussion) * 5-10 hours on Saturday or Sunday, starting around 9 a.m. It would be great if you could work extra hours when one of us has a business trip, or when our current nanny is on vacation, but it’s not a deal-breaker if you couldn’t. We're looking for a longer-term commitment -- ideally for years as long as everyone's happy. Most of your time would be spent minding the kids, but we’d also appreciate some help with light housecleaning and doing Costco runs and other errands. The kids have activities a lot of days, so you need to have a driver’s license. We live in West Hillhurst, a little bit southwest of SAIT and the North Hill Centre mall.
