This position is in a licensed facility. The Summer Program Early Childhood Educator will be responsible for the creation and implementation of a the Oak and Orca Summer Multiage Program for children aged 3½ to 10 years old. Student must hold a valid an Early Childhood Educator Assistant certificate. The summer program must be planned, organized and set-up in time for start-up in late June. During June, July and August, the Coordinator will work with a team of Oak and Orca staff to implement the program including twice weekly cycling field trips, workshops and guest speakers, daily routines and special events. *This is a Canada Summer Job - candidates must meet the qualification requirements.* Must be a student to qualify for Canada Summer Jobs. Details: $13.50 per hour, 35 hours/week, starting ASAP, ending at the end of August.
