Hi there - I am a busy mom who runs my own business and is a full time student. I have two active and athletic boys ages 7 & 11 and am in need of care for the summer. Hours are roughly 8:30 a.m. - 4 p.m. Monday to Thursday from now until August 17. I am looking for someone who is energetic, creative and responsible. Preferably you have or are willing to obtain a criminal reference check, emergency first aid and two references. You must be an animal lover as we have a large gentle dog. Duties would include possible breakfast preparation, snacks and lunch. Light kitchen tidy up (dishes, counter and floor swept) entertaining the boys, ensuring they are well hydrated and wearing sunscreen as well as communicating with me throughout the day. My boys are happiest when they are running on our 3.5 acre backyard, bike riding, playing hockey/soccer, climbing. They love to draw and read and play video games as well. I had someone hired for this position through a family connection who backed out today (Thursday) so I am looking to hire quickly. I am open to either males or females - my main concern is that you are eager and dependable. I pay cash, $10.00/hour and pay for the week each Thursday morning.
