Hi We need part-time care before and after school several days a week starting in mid October. We have two boys 10 & 11. Fairly independent but not quite enough to be on their own. Could work for a student or someone with another part time job. We avergage 15 hours a week and pay that amount regularly, though we set a specific monthly schedule together with the nanny that covers the necessary before/after days and extra hours where available. Fixed days rotate according to a firefighter shift schedule. We can be a bit flexible with your school schedule and preferred number of hours. Job is focused on keeping the kids safe and happy. One boy has aspergers so special needs experience would be an asset and open mind and flexibility are mandatory! One boy is a nature lover and the other is a sports nut. Also involves light housework, packing lunches, getting breakfast and dinner for kids, etc. If you can drive to an occasional game or lesson that would be a big help too! We need reliability. We pay $15 per hour plus ei, tax remittance, stat pay, etc. Would love to hear from you if you think you might be a good fit for us. Suzy
