My mom is 80 years young and in generally good health. We are looking for a live in care giver. Must have Care Giver Level III qualification. Must be punctual. Assist with medications for both my mom and her dogs, must be able to drive, (we have a ford explorer for mom to use) take mom out for car rides and walks with her 2 adorable small dogs. Meal preparation, shopping, Doctor appointments, Vets, Hair dressers and run general errands. My mom loves nature and plants. She has her own green house and loves to grow her own plants from seeds. So an ability to assist mom with this is a must. Loves to sit outside and appreciate her surroundings. Loves to watch humming birds. Light housework required. We have just finished building a live in suite accommodation adjacent to moms house. It has its own separate entrance and is now ready for occupancy. Hours would be 9.00 am - 2.00 pm / 5.30pm to 6.30pm to give evening meds. light supper. We live on 4 acres in Maple Ridge. Mom lives on the same property. The environment is a small hobby farm, chickens, dogs and cat, quite rural so a driving license is a must. Must be physically fit and active and enjoy nature and the outdoors.
