We are looking for someone to care for our 1yr old daughter and 3yr old son. My wife and I both work shift work at the hospital in Penticton. We require child care for the periods when our shifts overlap. We will have 2 different shifts. One shift will run from 3 to 6:30pm and the other shift will be from 530 to 12am (you are welcome to sleep after the kids are in bed). Here is a close approximation of the child care coverage we will need. Week 1: Monday and Tuesday 3pm to 630pm Wednesday and Thursday 530pm to 12am Week 2: Wednesday 3pm to 630pm Thursday and Friday 530pm to 12am Week 3: Friday and Saturday 530pm to 12 am Week 4: No care needed Week 5: No care needed Week 6: Saturday and Sunday 3pm to 630pm Week 7: Sunday 3pm to 630pm Week 8: Monday 3pm to 630pm Tuesday 530pm to 12am This will work out to 70hrs every 8 weeks. We are interested in some additional care beyond this. We would like to be able to have 20 hours of care each week including the hours we require for our work schedule. We would be happy to work with you to find a way to schedule the additional work time. We could increase the shift lengths by 30 min (to 4hrs and 7hrs) to make our cross over and dinner prep a bit easier. Or perhaps you would be interested in taking them to strong start in the mornings occasionally. Beyond the coverage we need for our work schedule, we are very flexible.
