Dear Caregivers, We are a busy, friendly family with two working parents, three active children and one puppy. We need help to keep our household together and functioning smoothly. We are looking for an energetic, friendly, trust worthy, hard working and organized caregiver to join our household in September. Duties will include light housekeeping (we have a separate weekly house cleaner), grocery shopping, meal prep, feeding and walking our adorable and friendly Golden Doodle pup, picking the kids up from school and ferrying them home or to after-school activities. Our children are ages 6, 8 and 10, are polite, well-behaved and generally get along (as well as siblings get along!) We live in Kitsilano, across from a large park. We are 1 block to a bus stop and 10 blocks from the beach. Grocery shopping is close by/ walking distance. Ideally our caregiver will have 2 – 4 years of child care experience, loves to cook and be dog crazy. Knowledge of French would be wonderful (though not necessary) as our kids attend French immersion school. Our caregiver must also have a driver’s license, clean driving record and be comfortable driving our mini-van. Hours of work: Monday to Friday 11am – 5pm (6 hours/ day). Every second Friday, the shift would run from 4 pm – 10pm. Total hours/ week: 30 hours Salary range: $18 - $22/ hours depending on experience/ skills.
