Current caregiver leaving for family reasons - we are looking for a new caregiver for a 74-year old patient, with chronic Leukemia, only one functional arm, and needs oxygen aid for long distance walks. Care giving is mainly needed for doctor/hospital accompaniment (patient needs frequent blood transfusion, to be taken to the hospital, put on a wheelchair and taken to his blood transfusion session that could last for 4-5 hours, taken back home, transportation to the hospital is provided), other needs are medication monitoring & administration, vital signs monitoring, meal preparation, emotional support, bathing. PSW preferred.
