Starting in September my 4.5 year old daughter and 1.5 year old son need care 3-4 days a week. They are very easy going children who love to be creative and play outside. With 3 years in-between them, they get along really well. Feeding them is never a challenge and they love to eat healthy food. Both children fully understand German (their father speaks it with them). Childcare will need to start at 9, but can end anywhere between 3-5, depending on how much work my husband has to complete (he is a postman). He is normally home before 4 and lets our current Nanny leave early. No-matter what time he returns the nanny/housekeeper will be paid $100 per day (see additional $ details below). A secondary role of this job is to help settle in guests at our Airbnb suite (3 bedroom) on the top floor of our house and to clean the suite between visits (only during nannying hours). The Nanny/Housekeeper will receive an additional $150 per guest change-over ($40 for check-in, $110 for cleaning) on top of base childcare pay. Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays are preferred. If another schedule works better for the nanny we may be able to accommodate it. It would be wonderful to have a Nanny/Housekeeper who lives relatively close to us. We would love to have a couple trial days in August to ensure fit and allow the current nanny to provide any advice.
