We are looking for a caring but disciplined nanny to watch our two boys - aged 6 (Autism) and 8 to start in September. Guarantee a minimum of 37.5 hours per week. The job requires a split shift in the morning and afternoon. Duties include a combination of childcare and light house duties while the children are at school. We have some flexibility to accommodate a schedule that meets your availability. The child care component will be from 7:00-9:00am and then from 3:00-6:30pm. The remaining 10 hours/week will include light house duties. These hours can be either tagged onto the morning shift or afternoon shift. Childcare: At morning, you would be expected to wake them, give them breakfast, get them ready and then drive them to school (one in Oakvile and the other in Waterdown). In the afternoon, you will pick them up, play indoor/outdoor, do some homework and then feed them dinner. Housecare: When the children are at school, perform light housework including preparing meals, tidying, laundry and organizing (e.g. toys, closets, pantries). Running errands may be required.
