We have two boys, 6 and 2 year old, going to school and day care. Since we are both working full time, we need help in the afternoon to cook the meal and pick-up the boys at the end of their day (around 5PM). We usually come home before 7PM. We are guaranteeing 16h per week but we often need a babysitter for certain nights of the week. We would appreciate to have somebody that can fill out these nights also. We had a nanny for two years and we are used to provide schedule in advance and determine meals / providing recipes, if needed.
