I am looking for the following in a nanny we are searching for a responsible, loving but authoritative nanny for my daughters four year old son and his three year old female cousin. This nanny would be flexible and willing to "join the family" for at least one year and hopefully longer.

More information about my family My daughter is a 25 year old single mom living with her 4 year old son in her own house in a residential area of North Burnaby, BC. She works 9 to 5, Monday to Friday. They have a small dog.
I am looking for the following in a nanny Typically, a day starts with Mom's departure for work at 8 AM. Her 4 year old son will be attending local Kindergarten for half a day beginning at about 9 AM. At approximately 10 AM the three year old cousin (female) is dropped off at the house by her parents. Mom usually returns home from work at 6PM, at which point she can take over the kids. In addition to child care all other duties are negotiasble.
