This position would be one night a month for me and my husband to have a night out. We would like someone that has a good bond with the kids and that the kids feel safe with. Our first meet we would stay with the person for 30 min and then only leave for about 30 min, just so the children can get used to someone. I have 4 children. A 7 yr old who believes she is 13, a 4 yr old who has enough energy to run around the world. And twin girls who are 18 months and love to cause mischief.
