Hello, Our family lives in Kamloops, British Columbia and we require care for our two boys (ages 2 years old and 6 months old). Both my husband and I will be working full time hours, both shift workers. This means that our schedule varies from week to week (similar to a 4 on/4 off schedule). We will require a nanny/sitter for either mornings, afternoons, evenings, and some nights and weekends depending on our schedules that particular week.
