We are a husband/wife team who both work from home, but we need a little help getting a couple extra hours of quality work in, while the baby is kept entertained, happy and, of course, safe. We are looking for someone to come and mind our one year old from 10:20-12:20 pm, 2-3 days a week to start with. We'll need you more as time goes on (more weekdays, and occasional date nights). We would love someone who is education-focused, who knows baby sign (we are teaching him...it's limited, but he's very receptive), and who leans towards attachment/natural parenting style. We would like someone who can give him their full attention, without being on their smartphone the whole time while they sit in the same room as our child. A little bit of tidying up while on the job would be excellent, as well. PS: If you speak French and/or Spanish, that's a bonus! We speak both, and would like our son to hear more Spanish & French.
