Nanny needed for beautiful 12 month old boy. Minimum 2 years experience either in daycare or as a nanny. We are open to nanny sharing as well. We need someone who is a great person, safe, punctual, reliable, dynamic, fun-loving, full of energy, who loves children. This person could be a longterm employee. We require 30-40 hours of work per week, over 3-5 weekdays. The candidate must know how to cook and will be expected to cook for our son (who has allergies and is a picky eater) and occasionally prepare a family meal when time permits. We cook everything from scratch and nutrition is important to us. The nanny must be CPR certified. Our son has dairy and egg allergies so this person must be comfortable dealing with this medical issue and preventing any allergy exposure. We also require that the nanny bring our son outside to play every day, including the winter. Social interaction with other children needs to be promoted as well. We are a busy professional couple and need someone who is flexible. We expect this person to clean up after our son and keep the place tidy. While our son is sleeping we would appreciate cooking/laundry to be done, however, we do not expect toilets to be scrubbed. We have a very nice small dog (beagle). We live within a 5 minute walk of edouard montpetit metro. We would prefer a francophone, so our son can learn French, but feel free to apply if you feel you otherwise meet our criteria.
