Hello, I need to find someone trustworthy, friendly, organized, who likes to work with small babies to be a daytime nanny, and also a housekeeper. I would like it if this person has much experience with babies, but also experience as a housekeeper because this is very important to me as well, as I will be home with the baby some days and will really want the person to be able to clean like a real housekeeper does! Obviously the priority when I am not home is for this person to be a nanny to my baby! My husband works 8:30-7pm and I am a stay at home mom with many small work projects on the go. I work from home so I am there maybe half the day but I need someone to be there to watch my baby and also to do all the cleaning of the house. I need someone that understands how to take care of a 8 month old. But also newborns as I am hoping to make my family bigger soon. Right now we live in old montreal, near metro Square Victoria, but we are moving to a bigger house in Westmount, near metro Atwater in July or August. (like 4 minute walk in both cases). The start date is flexible. But I am hoping that by July 1 I would have a full time nanny to work with me. If this person can start earlier part time then even better! If I am happy with my mother's helper, then I am happy to compensate this person properly. Also this person can work additional hours if they want (babysitting at night or on the weekend) at $15 per hour. Also possible to sometimes want this person to watch baby for the weekend and we would discuss salary for that when/if that happens!
