We are looking for a Nanny & housekeeper to help our family of 4 (2 kids and 2 parents) for 30-40 hours a week. We are living on a semi-detached house on Nun’s Island (Rue des Passereaux, Ile des Soeurs). Our daughter is almost 9 years old, going at school on Nun’s Island (500m from home), and our son is 15 months old going to daycare, around 1 km from our home. My wife and I are working full-time in Montreal. We are French speaker at home, but would be interested to get someone speaking in English only to our kids. We have no pets. The initial thinking for the schedule is something like starting around 10:00 AM in the morning (or later depending on things to do and how many hours per week), starting by doing some housekeeping (cleaning, laundry, cooking…), prepare lunch boxes and supper for the family, then picking up our son from daycare around 4:00-4:30 PM, then daughter from school around 5:00-5:30 PM, then taking care of the baby and feeding them, then bath-showers for two kids. Leaving around 6:30 - 7:00 PM. (optional) If possible from time to time, do some babysitting on Sunday morning or on Thursday evenings. Start date can be as soon as possible, with a break of three weeks early August when we are in vacations. If things go well, we are looking likely for the collaboration for the next few years. Mandatory: - Non-smoker - Have some previous experiences with kids in Canada - Authorized to work in Canada - References Nice to have: - Living not too far (e.g. no more than 10km from Nun's Island, and do not have to cross bridges) - English speaking - Love sports
