Hi, we are looking for an energetic, conscientious Nanny for our 3 children, ages 3, 5 and 7 years old. The two older kids will be in programs in the summer and school in September, so most of the care will be for my 3 year old. Light housekeeping, food prep, but most important is the care of the children. The right person must be independent, take initiative (ie, know what to do and when) have excellent communication skills, creativity, sensitivity, but also know how to take charge when needed. We have a family dog - no walking necessary - but perhaps feeding her when/if we forget or are out late. Also, the right person MUST know how to swim - non-negotiable.
