I recently moved out to Victoria to pursue a career in wildlife conservation. I live in a beautiful apartment with my partner, who works as a journalist. I love to read and watch films, especially wildlife documentaries. I recently saw one about cougars in British Columbia and was captured by it. Moving to Victoria, I've discovered an entirely different fauna and flora. Every day is a new adventure, looking up at different species of trees, accosted by families of squirrels. I am originally from Northern Spain, where I completed a Master's in Marine Ecology. In order to find work and pay for my studies, I traveled to an array of different countries. I, therefore, gained extensive experience in multiple different fields.

I grew up with two dogs, and constantly walked my neighbor's and friend's dogs when they are out of town. I have worked as a pet sitter during my stay in Montreal, taking care of dogs and cats. I further worked in conservation taking care of baby turtles, permitting them to hatch and reach the ocean. I have a Master's degree in Marine Ecology and plan to pursue a career in conservation. I am always surrounded by animals and understand them both on an experience and academic level. I speak several languages but speak animal language best. fourthreeeight.eightsevenfive.fouronesixsix.

I completed a Bachelor's degree at the University of Vigo in Marine Science in 2017. I further completed a Master's degree in Marine Ecology in 2020, specifically working on microalgae. I have experience working in Cape Verde, creating safe spaces for baby turtles to hatch and then find their way to the ocean. It was exhausting work since it demanded sleeping on three-hour shifts to protect the turtles at all hours of the day. This work was necessary because they are on brink of extinction.
