December 23, 2023 To whom it may concern; ​​​​Re: Ms. Ma Lourdes Jingco ​Ms. Lordes has been employed by my father as his PSW/caregiver since August 20, 2020 until his recent passing on December 16, 2023. ​Ms. Lourdes, along with 2 other caregivers, provided essential 24-hour care giving services to my father, who had been severely cognitively impaired and who required supervision/support with all aspects of his activities of daily living. As his care needs increased over the past years, Ms. Lourdes continued to adjust her responsibilities in order to continue to meet all my father’s care-giving needs. ​Aside from the physical care she provided, Ms. Lourdes has a very warm, compassionate disposition, and she always treated my father kindly and with great respect. Ms. Lourdes was working with my father throughout the COVID-19 years, she remained with my father, through health and illness, and continued to provide exemplary care to him. ​I would highly recommend Ms. Lourdes for any PSW position. She is a wonderful, caring and compassionate person, who was not only loved by my father, but also by his children, who are so grateful to have had her care for my father for so many years. ​I would be happy to elaborate in any way.
