I’ve lived with my grandmother for 5 years and she passed on when she was 105 years old. I played a big role in her life by helping with feeding, personal hygiene as well as spending time with her. After she died i have worked as a part time caregiver for private families because taking care of my grandmother made me realize how a big role i can play in other people’s lives. I’ve worked with the elderly as well as adults and young patients. In my experience I’ve been able to assist patients with diabetes, dementia, visual and hearing impairment, alzhermer’s, limited mobility. I’ve also worked with children with special needs of different age groups. Currently I’m working with a company as a casual personal support worker.

I also hold a degree in Bachelor of Pharmacy from my country and caregiving is another way to bring smiles on people’s faces.
