A bit about me, my husband and I live in Campbell River with our little puppy named Senna and two pet ducks named Karen and Vivian. We are originally from Alberta but have been calling Campbell River home since 2020. I am a big outdoor enthusiast and spend a lot of time hiking, climbing and exploring the local trails. Work Experience: Most recently I spent 3 years working in software services. During this time, I gained invaluable time management skills as well as organizational and communication skills. My experience with seniors started when I was a university student working at Ironwood Estates providing meals and support to the house keeping staff. I was also the primary care giver to my elderly neighbour before he passed. (Can provide references) Education: I have a BA from the University of British Columbia and a diploma in Renewable Energy Technologies from NAIT. I also have advanced CPR-C and AED training, National Lifeguard, Wilderness First Aid. Ironwood Estates, St. Albert, AB (I was meal server and provided relief to the house keeping staff) I have experience working with seniors by providing companionship, driving to appointments, errand running, cooking, cleaning and general house upkeep. I was the primary care giver for my neighbour when he fell ill. I also love animals so pet care is something I can also help with.
