I worked as an In-Home Care provider to a 103 year old lady in Vancouver. As a live-in caregiver, my duties includes but not limited to the following: - Providing Care and companionship, taking care of the needs and ensuring safety of my client. - Assisting with personal care such as bathing, personal hygiene , ambulation, dressing and undressing. - Planning and preparing meals and special diets. - May perform health related duties such as changing non-sterile dressings, assisting in the administration of medications and collecting specimens under the general direction of a nurse or General Practitioner. -May perform light housekeeping such as making beds and general upkeep of the house.
