Holy Family Home For The Elderly, Caregiver ● Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including , dressing, grooming toileting and getting to and from activities meals according to the individual service plan. ● Allows and encourages residents to do as much of their own care as possible. ● Serves meals to residents in the dining hall or apartment and may assist in preparing meals following the pre planned menus. ● Encourage residents to diet and take while respecting their right to free choice. ● Maintain resident records daily in a time planner and in accordance with company policies, documents as applicable, activities and incidents. ● Assist residents with supervise residents who self administer . ● Follow proper procedure in time of emergency and respond promptly and positively to resident requests for assistance. ● Maintain a clean, safe and orderly environment and encourage teamwork.
