Hello, my name is Mabel. I'm a 47-year-old Filipina and a mother of two children. I am the youngest daughter in a family of eight siblings. Growing up, my parents instilled values of respect, love, and compassion in me. I enjoy cooking healthy meals for my family and am always interested in watching cooking videos and clips to discover new recipes. I also love taking my family to various exciting places. I’ve been took care of elderly woman in Cote St.luc. I used to cook and prepared her meals, medication and her stuff. I have assisted her when she’s taking a bath or shower. I maintained her grooming and personal hygiene. When she’s setting down and watched tv I was able to change her linen and fixed her bed. By time management and being attention to detail I maintained her household clean and tidy everyday. We spent time walking in the lobby in the afternoon, if it was a nice weather we went down and walk in the garden.
