I am currently looking for a sponsored fulltime Home Care Assistant position for elderly individuals. I am motivated and hard working individual, I am extremely interested in applying for vacancy with regard in assisting individuals with elderly needs. Currently I am working in a retirement home here in ON, Canada as a Health Care Aide and Personal Support Worker. I completed my Certificate III in Individual Support in Australian Lawrence Aged Care College Pty. Ltd this 24th October 2016, and worked in a age care facility that caters 138beds for 3years from 2016 to 2019 in VIC, Australia. Assisting with their everyday activities and needs. Providing with their scheduled medications, eating, bathing, repositioning, leisure activities, and providing them company whenever needed. Dealing with patients with different levels of dementia and providing them redirection and needed attention for them to settle. In addition I have also experienced providing a consistent good customer service quality to all my clients as a customer service representative for an international communications company which caters to multicultural people, then I am able to handle dynamic and fast based environment. May I also include my strong desire to work, I am patient and understanding, therefore I believe I am qualified. I am willing to be trained further, and can work independently, can also blend with people when working with a team to meat target and goals. My health condition is above average, so I can work on shifting schedule.
