My name is Manmeen and I hail from Punjab, India. I have a Nursing degree from Adarsh College of Nursing, and gathered three years of hands-on experience in various wards such as Ortho, Medical, Surgical, and Emergency, among others. My role as a staff nurse and clinical instructor has honed in my abilities to provide comprehensive care to patients, addressing their different needs - emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual. I have worked extensively with patients diagnosed with various conditions ranging from dementia, cancer, diabetic, cardiac ailments like congestive heart failure and dialysis, to pneumonia, osteoporosis, and more. Being a nursing professional, patient care has been my utmost priority. I am experienced in Bagging Assistance, Dressing and Grooming assistance, Conducting Range of Motion Exercise, Meal Planning/Preparation, Assisting with Walking, Administering Injections, Patient Positioning, and Tube Feeding, among others. I am seeking a full-time, live-out caregiver or personal support worker role in Retirement Homes or Home Health Care settings. I have experience as a staff nurse at Manav Sewa Trust from 15 April 2020 to 15 March 2021.After that, I start my job as a Clinical instructor at Lord Shiva College from 18 March2021 to 25 July 2023.I learnt so many things from my experience that how to provide care to patients and tackle with serious situations. Moreover, I also have experience during Covid-19 where, I provide direct care to Covid patient.
