Hello! I am Lady, a dedicated and compassionate caregiver based in Toronto, with five years of experience in both home health care and retirement homes. As a South American native, I am bilingual, speaking both English and Spanish. I am eager to secure a full-time Caregiver/Companion or Personal Support Worker position and able to start immediately.
Throughout my career, I have worked with patients diagnosed with Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, Dementia, Cancer, Diabetes, and Arthritis, among others. Not only am I comfortable working with bedridden patients, but I also specialize in heavy patient lifting, transfer, oxygen administration, ambulation assistance, and Hoyer Lift. Beyond that, I have experience with Alzheimer/Dementia Care, Pallifative Care, Parkinson Care, tube feeding, patient positioning, catheter/ colostomy care, and lifts and transfers.
In addition to comprehensive patient care, I can perform a range of domestic tasks such as housekeeping, laundry, grocery shopping, meal planning and preparation, errand running, and assisting with pet care. I am also capable of planning visits, outings, and trips to visit neighbors, friends, and families.
I am available and flexible for various shifts throughout the week, including morning, daytime, evenings, and nights. I can relocate and travel as part of my job, but please note that I do not have access to a vehicle.
I am a non-smoker and a good swimmer. Holding certificates in Caregiving, Home Support Work, and CPR, I have a track record of providing professional and superior service. I am enthusiastic about offering my skills and expertise to help meet your caregiving needs.

I worked in 1 nursing home and I did mostly home support worker in different homes. And I have 1 live in work experience. I helped with food, cooking, and some cleaning, remind the client of medication time. And if it was required I helped at bath time. I am patient, compassionate and understanding. I am easygoing, polite and friendly I worked with different individuals healthy, with disabilities and impaired as well.
