Hello, I have worked with adults with special needs for the past 20 years who have experienced physical challenges, vision and hearing impairments and cognitive challenges. I have facilitated personal care, developed various communication strategies and techniques, created behaviour support plans, recruited staff, sat on various committees. For the past year, I have worked with seniors and have incorporated the same philosophies and belief systems I have used for the past 20 years. I Love doing whatever it takes to help people be their best self, getting to know them and respecting the needs and wants and abilities of each person.

I have worked privately for 4 different clients. Three of the clients had early onset Dementia and another client with quadriplegia. I assisted with personal care, cognitive activities, transfers, cooking, shopping, light housekeeping, appointments, outings in community and conversation
