My passion for nursing is a result of a life-time of exposure in the field, with both myself and my brother pursuing careers in nursing, following our graduate studies. With two dedicated years of nursing experience, I have honed the art of building valuable and positive associations with my patients. This extends to the furry companions as well, as I draw a distinct pleasure from caring for pets. My availability spans across the whole week, including evenings and nights on Mondays, while full days on the weekends. Tuesday and Wednesday are reserved exclusively for night shifts. I am open to full-time employment, preferably comprising of a live-in arrangement. I am comfortable with a gamut of responsibilities including heavy patient lifting and transfer, grooming, laundry, grocery shopping, pet-care, and escorting patients to appointments. I also offer companionship and assistance with patient’s social activities, Alzheimer and Parkinson care, home supervision, manipulation of patient positioning, and conducting bed baths. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Nursing alongside certification as a Personal Support Worker and a Caregiver/Companion. My qualifications also include a CPR Certificate, a Heath Care Aide Certificate, and a First Aid Certificate. I have had the privilege of applying my skills at clinics, hospitals, retirement homes, and for home health care. I have extensive experience dealing with a multitude of diagnosis including Congestive Heart Failure, Dialysis, Pneumonia, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, Cancer, Stroke, and Diabetes amongst others.
