I am a married mother of 3 amazing intelligent adult children including a set of twins, so I am well versed in multiples. We have lived in Muskoka (Port Sydney) for 20 years. We are a family of animals lovers and boost 2 large dogs, 2 cats(all rescues) and own a goofy horse at a local barn. As you can imagine we have full schedules taking care of all of our pets. Many weekends in the summer are attending horses shows and riding clinics and walking the dogs. I am a big Scrabble fan. I have been self isolating and only go for groceries when necessary.
I have had years of cleaning and childcare experience, a few jobs were a combination of both. I have worked in high-end homes and understand the needs and wants of working in this environment. I have worked for many large and small dinner parties, packing for trips, pet care, and detailed cleaning. Memory recall and prioritizing were important learned skills. I have supervising skills of up to 8 other cleaners and use my people skills to get the job done. I also have over 10 + years of secretarial duties and have maintained all of my computer and typing skills.
I am a dedicated hardworking mom with a very high work ethic. I can swim and have taken my girls to many different beaches in Muskoka over the years. I have a valid clean driving license and reliable transportation. I Have a current Vulnerable Sector Police Clearance. I am a non smoker.
I have had the privilege to Nanny two young ones over the last couple of years. I was a Nanny to a young girl who had a very painful skin condition - Epidermolysis bullosan - the butterfly disease. She needed special care with her skin but was a beautiful happy girl. I was her part-time nanny for a few years. I would be there early in the morning to get her up and give her breakfast and keep her busy or take her to daycare. I recently was the nanny for a cute boy for 18 months. For both families, I would do daily chores, errands, and meal prep when asked.

I have had over 10 years of housekeeping experience, a job that I take pride in. I have worked in residential homes for many families, cleaned private and rental cottages, but I have been specializing in cleaning high-end homes. I worked for a very famous singer for two years cleaning her home along with the other staff. I worked closely with the Property Manager and her Chef attending to her every need.
This was an intensive detailed job requiring many days of overtime on short notice, preparing for large and small dinner parties, organizing, laundry of very expensive clothing and bedding and ironing the same. Pet care was also an important duty that was incorporated into my daily routine. Attention to the smallest details and memory recall were important skills. Every week was structured planning and executing daily, weekly and monthly cleaning duties along with daily projects. Communication with all staff members was crucial to maintain the flow. Time management was also an important skill.
I believe my maturity and professionalism would be a great asset to any household.
